As practical, interactive, choice, and solution-focused counselors, our healing approach is to render support and valuable feedback to help individuals resolve current issues, manage life transitions and emotional issues. With sensitivity and empathy, we help clients find solutions to various life challenges and psychological problems. We work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals. Conventional and alternative techniques are blended to provide personalized counseling that meets each client's unique needs.
Group counseling is a shared therapeutic experience consisting of a counselor and others working through similar issues. This collaborative form of healing can focus on interpersonal relationships or particular concerns shared by group members.
Individual counseling is a therapeutic experience whereby the counselor caters only to one client. The counselor can focus on isolated issues. Clients are provided a forum for regular check-ins to ensure they are constantly moving forward toward identified goals.
Family counseling is a therapeutic experience where counselors work with families to address problems such as truancy, running away, truancy, negative peer association, unruly behavior, divorce, family death, and sibling positionality. We help families establish open communication channels to promote family cohesiveness.
